PROJECT DETAILS

GEELEHER ENTERPRISES, INC. was awarded the Pleasant Street Mills Revitalization Project, Phase II by the City of Easthampton. Over the course of a year, and excellent collaboration between the city, designer, and five private mill owners the project was completed in June of 2016. The project consisted of 4000 feet of 12″ water main with several fire services and large capacity backflow preventers.  A 1300 foot long concrete block retaining wall ranging in height from 4 feet to 8 feet. All new site lighting for the parking areas and associated fixtures.  The parking area was paved with 3800 tons of asphalt and finished off with line striping and landscaping.

Project Details Include:

  • Clearing and Grubbing
  • Removal of existing underground tanks and associated unsuitable soils.
