Bixby Trail Estates

Located in Spencer Massachusetts, Bixby Trail Estates is a multi-family residential housing development consisting of 44 total units.  The development is approximately 1000 feet long supported with all new municipal water, sewer, drainage, and electrical services.  The project was developed on a raw parcel and required tree removal and significant grade modifications with retaining walls and retention basins.  once complete all new paving, curbing, and landscaping highlight the property.
