PROJECT DETAILS
The Lyman Terrace Infrastructure Improvement Project located in Holyoke, MA consisted of all new water and drain lines surrounding the property. These new utilities provide drainage and water service for the 18 building property. The surrounding streets will also receive all new site lighting, sidewalks, and paving. This project is Phase I of a three Phase project totaling 40 million dollars.
