PROJECT DETAILS

This project consisted of 44 housing units for veterans located on the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Campus in Northampton Massachusetts. This was ground up construction that started with 8 acres of wooded land to be cleared, stumped, and stripped of topsoil. Four separate building foundations were excavated for modular building units. All new utilities for the project consisted of water, sewer, drain, electric, cable, and gas service. Several retaining walls were built on site to accommodate for challenging grades throughout the property.  Two large parking lots were created with site lighting and concrete curbing. Landscaping and line striping finished out the project.
